It shall be unlawful for any person, knowing his or her conduct is likely to be observed by others who would be affronted or alarmed, to engage in any overt act of sexual gratification or when he or she intentionally exposes the private or intimate parts of his or her body to another. This section shall be interpreted to apply equally to either sex.
