It shall be unlawful for any person to publish, sell, exhibit, distribute or possess for the purpose of loaning, selling or otherwise circulating or exhibiting, any book, pamphlet, ballad, film, filmstrip, record or other written, printed or filmed matter containing obscene language, prints, pictures or descriptions manifestly intended to corrupt the morals of youth or tending to corrupt the public morals.
