(A) Any person, group, association or corporation violating this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be subject to a penalty set by Council from time to time.
(B) In addition to the penalty in division (A) above, there shall be the right of the town to terminate immediately any outdoor entertainment in which the sponsoring group has not first obtained the necessary permit and liability insurance.
