§ 10.01 HOW CODE DESIGNATED AND CITED.

The ordinances contained in this title and the following titles, chapters and sections shall constitute and be designated the “Code of the Town of Marlinton, West Virginia”, and may be so cited. Such ordinances may also be cited as the “Marlinton Town Code”, “town code” or “code of ordinances”.
