§ 114.03 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT. Includes, but is not limited to, dances, parades, music groups or any other activity that could or may impede the normal flow of traffic or pedestrian travel in the town.
