§ 114.02 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT.

Due to insurance requirements, liabilities of the town and the Department of Highways requirements, any outdoor entertainment throughout the year must submit to the town and application for a permit, a certificate of liability insurance in the amount set by Council from time to time and any other applicable permits a 100 days in advance of the activity.
