(A) The town shall provide the Planning Commission with:
(1) Suitable space for the holding of meetings and the preservation of plans, maps, documents and accounts; and
(2) Appropriate money to defray the reasonable expenses of the Planning Commission.
(B) The Planning Commission is authorized to accept gifts, funds and monetary donations which will be deposited with the town in a special nonreverting Planning Commission Fund to be available for expenditures by the Planning Commission for the purpose designated by the donor. Donations of real property may also be accepted.
