§ 113.03 ANNUAL LICENSE TAX.

(A) General stores. Every person establishing, operating or maintaining one or more general stores within the town under the same general management, supervision or ownership shall pay an annual license tax set by Council from time to time for each store.

(B) Special stores. Every person establishing, operating maintaining one or more special stores within the town under the same general management, supervision or ownership shall pay an annual license tax set by Council from time to time for each store.
