§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   A violation of any section of §§ 112.01 through 112.04 shall be punishable by fine set by Council from time to time or ten days in the county jail or both such fine and imprisonment for each separate offense.

   (C)   Any person who violates any provision of § 112.19 shall, upon conviction, be punished for each offense by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500, or imprisoned for not more than ten days, or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
