§ 111.12 PUBLIC SHOWS.
   (A)   Circuses operating within the town shall be subject to a special license tax set by Council from time to time.
   (B)   Street or other carnivals shall be subject to a special license tax set by Council from time to time. Each performance may be required to have a separate license.
