(A) Laundromats shall be subject to an annual municipal license tax set by Council from time to time. For the purpose of this section, a LAUNDROMAT shall be defined as a business in which the public may use self-service machines to wash and dry clothes. A DEVICE shall be defined as either a washer or dryer.
(B) Car washes shall be subject to an annual municipal license tax set by Council from time to time. For the purpose of this section, a CAR WASH shall be defined as a business in which the public may use self-service machines to clean and wash his or her vehicles. A DEVICE may be defined as either a vacuum cleaner, washer, waxer or other similar machines.
