§ 111.02 HOME SOLICITATIONS.
   No person shall, without a currently valid town license, engage in any form of door to door or telephone or other home solicitations sales therefore, within the town, excepting therefrom non-profit charitable organizations and schools. Any license fee charged shall be in accordance with that which is required by the state.
