§ 110.02 SEVERABILITY.
   If any portion of Chapters 110 and 111 of this code of ordinances should be declared unconstitutional, unlawful or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, then the balance shall not be affected thereby, and the balance shall remain in full force and effect as though the portion that was declared unconstitutional, unlawful or invalid had not been enacted.
