§ 33.30 AUTHORIZATION.
   (A)   This subchapter shall be known as the “Town of Marlinton Planning Commission Ordinance”, the purpose of which is to promote the orderly development of its jurisdiction.
   (B)   The Planning Commission shall serve in an advisory capacity to the governing body and have certain regulatory powers over land planning. The Planning Commission and the Town Council are authorized to carry out the objectives and overall purposes of W. Va. Code Chapter 8A, Articles 1 though 3.
