§ 94.21 REMOVAL OF STUMPS.

At the discretion of the Marlinton Tree Committee or the town, stumps of street trees and park trees shall be removed below the surface of the ground so that the top of the stump shall not project above the surface of the ground. Eight inches is the recommended depth.
