§ 94.08 OPERATION.
   (A)   The Committee shall choose its own officers. They should consist of a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary and other officers as may be needed.
   (B)   The Committee shall make its own rules and regulations and keep a journal of its proceedings. A majority of members present shall be a quorum for the transaction of business.
