§ 92.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   A violation of any section of §§ 92.001 through 92.009 shall be punishable by a fine set by Council from time to time for each separate offense.

   (C)   A violation of any section of §§ 92.020 through 92.033 shall be punishable by a fine set by Council from time to time for each separate offense.

   (D)   For a violation of § 92.046, there shall be a fine set by Council from time to time or a confinement in the county jail not to exceed 30 days or both such fine and imprisonment.
   (E)   (1)   Any person who violates any provision of § 92.061 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined set by Council from time to time or imprisoned in the county jail not more than 30 days, or both fined and imprisoned.
      (2)   Any person who violates § 92.062 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined set by Council from time to time, or confined in the county jail for a term not to exceed 30 days, or both fined and imprisoned.
      (3)   Any person who violates any provision of § 92.063 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined set by Council from time to time or imprisoned in the county jail for not more than 30 days, or both fined and imprisoned.
