§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions of this chapter or the Fire Prevention Code hereby adopted, or fail to comply herewith, or violate or fail to comply with any order made hereunder, or to build in violation of any detailed statement of specification or plans submitted and approved thereunder, or any certificate or permit issued thereunder, and shall upon conviction be fined a sum set by Council from time to time plus costs. The application of this penalty shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions.

   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of §§ 91.30 through 91.35 or fail to comply herewith, or violate or fail to comply with any order made hereunder, and any person found in violation hereof shall be punished by a fine set by Council from time to time and 30 days in jail, or both said fine and imprisonment for each separate offense.
