(A) No person shall intentionally make an attractant available for consumption by wild mammals on private or public property within the town. A person shall be presumed to have intentionally fed wild mammals, or made an attractant available for consumption by wild mammals, if the person places an attractant, or causes an attractant to be placed on the ground or on any outdoor platform that stands fewer than five feet above the ground.
(B) No person shall leave, store or maintain any attractant in a manner, area, or location accessible to any wild mammal within the corporate limits of the town.
