§ 90.072 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ATTRACTANT. Any substance which could reasonably be expected to attract a wild mammal or does attract a wild mammal, including, but not limited to, human food scraps, pet food, agricultural feed, grain, salt/mineral blocks, fruit or vegetables. ATTRACTANT does not include shrubs, live crops, plants, flowers, vegetation, gardens, trees and fruit or nuts that have fallen from trees to the ground
   FEEDING. The intentional providing of an attractant that is accessible to a wild mammal.
   PERSON. Any individual, partnership, corporation, organization, trade or professional association, firm, limited liability company, joint venture, association, trust, estate or any other legal entity, and any officer, member, shareholder, director employee, agent or representative thereof.
   WILD MAMMAL. Any mammal which is not normally domesticated in this state, including, but not limited to: coyotes; foxes; deer; bear; opossums; raccoons; skunks; and bobcats. Avian species are excluded from this definition.
