§ 32.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

(B) A violation of any section of §§ 32.01 through 32.08 shall be punishable by a fine in an amount set by Council from time to time for each separate violation.
