(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to own or keep any agriculture animal or fowl within the corporate limits of the town, except those kept for sale by lawful businesses for agricultural purposes only and those which are currently grandfathered in.
(B) It shall be unlawful to keep in one’s possession a poisonous snake.
(C) Violation of this section shall be punishable as set forth in § 90.999(C). The municipal court judge shall have no authority to suspend the fine or any portion thereof.
