(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or bury in any of the streets, parks, public squares, or places, the carcass or part of any carcass of any animal, fowl or bird within the limits of the town, but all such carcasses shall immediately after death be disposed of in a manner consistent with § 90.010.
(B) Violation of this section shall be punishable as set forth in § 90.999(C). The municipal court judge shall have no authority to suspend the fine or any portion thereof.
