§ 77.042 AREA TWO.

(A) The following place shall be designated as “Area Two” and shall be used only for permit parking: the vacant lot between the Flower Garden and the Pocahontas Times.

(B) Each permit shall cost the sum set by Council from time to time per month and shall be purchased at intervals covering at least six months each time.
