§ 77.041 AREA ONE.

(A) The following place shall be designated as “Area One” and shall be used only for permit parking: on Third Avenue along the Southern States’ fence.

(B) Each permit shall cost the sum set by Council from time to time per month and shall be purchased at intervals covering at least six months each time.
