§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Generally. See § 70.99 for general traffic code penalty.
   (B)   (1)   General penalty. Unless otherwise provided for in §§ 73.01 through 73.36, any person violating any provision of §§ 73.01 through 73.36 shall be fined not more than $100; upon a second conviction within one year thereafter, shall be fined not more than $200; and upon a third or subsequent conviction, shall be fined not more than $500.
      (2)   Brakes. Any person violating §§ 73.19 or 73.20 shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than ten days, or both; upon a second conviction within one year thereafter, shall be fined not more than $200 or imprisoned not more than 20 days, or both; and upon a third or subsequent conviction, shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.

      (3)   Sunscreening devices. Whoever violates § 73.34 shall be fined not more than $200.
