§ 31.03 MAYOR’S COMPENSATION.
   The duly elected Mayor and his or her successors in office shall receive such compensation as determined by resolution of the governing body from time to time as deemed appropriate by the governing body, however, the same shall be neither increased or decreased during his or her term of office.
