§ 30.31 COUNCIL’S COMPENSATION.
   The five elected members of Council and their successors in office shall receive such compensation as determined by resolution of the governing body from time to time as deemed appropriate by the governing body, however, the same shall be neither increased nor decreased during their term of office.
