§ 70.16 APPLICATION TO VEHICLES UPON STREETS AND HIGHWAYS; EXCEPTIONS.

   The provisions of this traffic code relating to the operation of vehicles refer exclusively to the operation of vehicles upon streets and highways except:

   (A)   Where a different place is specifically referred to in a given section; and

   (B)   The provisions of this traffic code except §§ 73.50 through 73.54 of this code of ordinances shall apply upon streets and highways as defined in § 70.01.
