(A) All sewage and other water-carried wastes shall be disposed of into the municipal sewerage system whenever the interceptor or sewer main of such system is adjacent to the park.
(B) In parks in which such connections are not available, disposal shall be into a private system which includes a sanitary means of disposal, the operation of which creates neither a nuisance, nor a menace to health.
