§ 154.52 INSPECTION AT SUBDIVIDER’S EXPENSE.
   All public improvements to be made under the provisions of this chapter shall be inspected during the course of construction by the Inspector. The salary and other costs in connection with the inspection shall be paid by the subdivider.
