§ 154.51 CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS.
   The Plan Commission may from time to time prepare and recommend to the City Council such changes in the Official Plan as may be deemed necessary by the City Council, or by the Plan Commission. Such changes shall become part of the Official Plan after their approval by the Plan Commission and their adoption by the City Council as amendments to this chapter.
