The Director of Building and Housing shall be Chairperson of the Plan Commission and shall enforce the requirements of the official plan of the city. The Inspector may call upon any other department or official of the city to furnish him or her with such information or assistance as he or she may deem necessary. It shall be the duty of all law enforcement officers, officers of the Plan Commission, and whatever other city official appointed or elected, to observe and report to the enforcing officer any violations of the requirements of the Official Plan.
