§ 154.37 APPROVAL OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.

All plans and specifications and contracts for public improvements required by this chapter such as street paving, sidewalks, water systems and sewer systems shall be approved by the Inspector and City Engineer before commencing construction.
