(A) (1) The Plan Commission shall approve or disapprove the tentative plat.
(2) If the tentative plat is not satisfactory as originally presented, the Plan Commission may cause the subdivider to make such changes as may be required by the Plan Commission and thereupon approve the same.
(3) Upon approval of the tentative plat, the following statement signed by the Chairperson shall be stamped upon both copies thereof:
NOTICE OF TENTATIVE APPROVAL Notice is hereby given that the general plan of the subdivision shown in this plat has received tentative approval of the Plan Commission of the City of Markham, and that the Plan Commission is now ready to receive the final plat for consideration. (B) One copy of the approved plat shall thereupon be returned to the subdivider and the other copy shall be retained by the Plan Commission.
