§ 154.16 REFERRAL OF TENTATIVE PLAT TO PLAN COMMISSION.
   The City Council shall by motion refer the tentative plat to the Plan Commission and shall at the same time instruct the Inspector to collaborate with the subdivider and the Plan Commission and prepare estimates of cost of street grading and other public improvements as are required by this chapter.
