§ 31.364 PUBLIC RELATIONS ADMINISTRATOR.
   (A)   The Public Relations Administrator shall receive a annual salary as an independent contractor, payable without deductions commencing with passage and approval of this section and payment issued on the first of each month.
   (B)   His or her duties shall be those assigned to him or her by the Mayor.
