Any person to whom any order required by this subchapter is directed shall comply therewith. Such person shall thereafter, upon petition directed to the Appeals Board, be afforded a hearing as prescribed in this subchapter. The Board of Appeals shall consist of the Building Commission. The Building Commissioner shall act as Chairperson and will vote in the case under appeal only if there is a tie vote. Depending upon the finding of the Board at such hearing as to whether the provisions of this subchapter have been complied with, the Board shall continue such order or modify or revoke it.
