§ 31.359 ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR.
   (A)   There is hereby created the position of Accounts Receivable Coordinator.
   (B)   The Accounts Receivable Coordinator shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the City Council. Appointment to this position created by ordinance may be made from time to time.
   (C)   The duties of the person appointed to the position of Accounts Receivable Coordinator shall include those set forth in “Exhibit A” attached to the ordinance codified herein.
   (D)   The Accounts Receivable Coordinator shall perform such other duties as may be assigned or delegated by the Treasurer or Mayor.
   (E)   The Accounts Receivable Coordinator shall be a full-time position and receive as compensation for services performed such sum as set from time to time by ordinance.
