§ 31.357 WATER SUPPLY OPERATOR.
   (A)   There is established the position of Public Water Supply Operator for the city.
   (B)   The position of Public Water Supply Operator shall be filled only by an individual certified as a public water supply operator as by statute made and provided.
   (C)   The public water supply operator shall be an employee of the city entitled to the benefits and subject to the rules and regulations attendant such status.
