§ 31.356 OFFICIAL MUNICIPAL PHOTOGRAPHER.
   (A)   There is created the position of Official Municipal Photographer for the city. The Official Municipal Photographer shall be appointed by the Mayor for a term not exceeding one year. He or she shall receive such compensation as the City Council may provide by ordinance.
   (B)   Under the direction and supervision of the Mayor and Chief of Police, the Official Municipal Photographer shall take all pictures and photographs required by the city for official use. He or she shall perform his or her duties only when directed by the Mayor or Chief of Police and shall submit a monthly report of all his or her activities to that date.
   (C)   The Official Municipal Photographer shall receive an official commission under the signature of the Mayor and be entitled to a municipal badge. When authorized by the Mayor or Chief of Police, he or she shall be authorized to go upon private property for the purpose of taking official photographs and pictures.
   (D)   The Official Municipal Photographer shall continue in the performance of his or her duties subject to the approval of the Mayor. He or she may be removed from office at any time for failure to perform the duties assigned to him or her or for misconduct.
