A Community Service Officer shall do the following:
(A) Assist citizens who are seeking public assistance to properly apply for and quality for such assistance;
(B) Coordinate local government and private service organizations and seek to provide beneficial working arrangements between them;
(C) Try to establish a Planned Parenthood program for the city;
(D) Work in cooperation with the Harvey Neighborhood-Youth Center, the Bremen Youth Commission and all other youth organizations which deal with city youth; and
(E) Establish youth and senior citizens’ programs and seek federal, state and county assistance for such programs.
