§ 135.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Tickets may be issued to the owner of the business license and the owner of any video gaming devices kept or used in violation of §§ 135.20 through 135.23 of this chapter.
      (2)   Any person or business that shall violate provisions of §§ 135.20 through 135.23 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $500, nor more than the maximum allowed by state statutes for each offense. Each day that the violation continues shall be regarded as constituting a distinct and separate offense.
      (3)   Illegal gambling may cause the business owner’s business and/or liquor license to be suspended and/or revoked.
