(A) It shall be unlawful for a person or entity to generate or to create a sound which can be heard more than 75 feet from the source of the sound through the use of any device for the production or broadcast of sound, including, but not limited to, a radio, disk- or tape-playing device, sound-amplifying device, musical instrument or instruments or a warning device not used to warn of an impending accident or disaster.
(B) It shall be unlawful for a sound device to be used for the broadcast of information to the public within the times limited by ordinance and in the absence of such ordinance during the period from 10:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m.
