It shall be the duty of the Heating and Ventilation Inspector to see to the enforcement of all provisions of this code and any ordinances of the city relating to heating, air-conditioning and ventilating equipment; and to make such investigations and perform such duties as may be necessary in the enforcement of such provisions.
