It shall be unlawful for any contractor or anyone performing the services of a contractor to violate any of the terms or provisions of this chapter. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined in the amount of not less than $200, nor more than $750. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue and shall be punishable as such hereunder. The city may also file a claim against the contractor’s licensing and permit bond (L&P bond) or otherwise proceed as specified in this code of ordinances.
