§ 118.048 INSPECTIONS OF VEHICLES.
   It shall be the duty of the Police Department to inspect every taxicab so often as may be necessary to see to the enforcement of the provisions of this section; but the inspection shall be made at least once within every 30- day period and it shall be the duty of the Police Department to keep a permanent record of all inspections made.
