§ 118.046 INSURANCE REQUIRED.

   (A)   No taxicab shall be operated unless it is covered by a bond or public liability policy in the following amounts:

      (1)   Bodily injury liability: $25,000 each person; $50,000 each accident; and

      (2)   Property damage: $15,000.

   (B)   A copy of the bond or policy and each renewal thereof must be filed with the City Clerk.
