§ 118.018 CHARACTER OF APPLICANT.
   No taxicab license shall be issued to or held by any person who is not a person of good character or who has been convicted of a felony; nor shall the license be issued to or held by any corporation if any officer thereof would be ineligible for a license under the conditions of this section.
