(A) (1) Cab stands shall be designated by the City Council.
(2) Each cab stand shall be appropriately marked by signs erected under the supervision of the Department of Police.
(3) It is unlawful to park any vehicle, other than a licensed taxicab, in any cab stand.
(B) A licensed taxicab may be parked in any cab stand while such taxicab is in charge of its driver on duty awaiting a fare.
